WESTMINSTER, CO, 21 May 2024 – Advanced Space, LLC, a leading space technology solutions company, welcomes Aaron Frost as their first Director of People. Aaron will be responsible for the innovative talent acquisition and team member success processes, ensuring that Advanced Space continues to attract and retain the industry’s top talent. Aaron brings over 15 years of strategic human resources, talent acquisition, and leadership development experience to his new role.

Aaron Frost will play a key role in managing and enhancing the workforce of the rapidly growing Advanced Space, a privately held company that exists to enable the sustainable exploration, development, and settlement of space.

Before joining Advanced Space, Aaron distinguished himself at Viasat, where he led recruiting efforts for key sectors including aerospace, mobile broadband, and IoT, significantly enhancing recruitment processes and aligning workforce strategies with business objectives. At Meta (formerly Facebook), Aaron was instrumental in developing inclusive recruitment practices that substantially increased diverse candidate engagement. His tenure at Amazon, Inc., saw him advancing organizational growth through strategic HR initiatives and impactful recruiting successes.
Mr. Frost holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications and a minor in Business Administration from Arizona State University. In his free time, Aaron coaches youth football and soccer. He and his family have fostered over 20 dogs and counting.
